GOD IS NOT NEARLY DONE WITH YOU

TOPIC: GOD IS NOT NEARLY DONE WITH YOU

TEXT: I am still as strong today as I was the day Moses sent me; as my strength was then, so is my strength now, for war and for going out and coming in. So now, give me this hill country about which the Lord spoke that day, for you heard on that day that the [giant-like] Anakim was there, with great fortified cities; perhaps the Lord will be with me, and I shall drive them out just as the Lord said.”
Joshua 14:11‭-‬12 AMP

Dear friend,

I would like to highlight three significant lessons from the life of Caleb, particularly from the passage we have just read. However, before doing so, let me refresh your memory about who Caleb was.🤔🤔

Caleb was selected by Moses to act as Joshua's representative in assessing the land of Canaan. Despite being among the 12 spies, only he and Joshua came back with a positive report.🧐

As a result, only Caleb and Joshua were allowed to live on because they remained faithful to the LORD.

Now that you are familiar with Caleb's background, let me return to the lessons I wish to impart to you today.

📚Lesson 1:
Do not assume that God has abandoned you because time has passed, and you have not seen any progress regarding what He promised:

Caleb did not have this mindset. He understood that God's plan for him was not yet complete until every word spoken about him by God had come to fruition.

He believed that 45 years was insignificant compared to the fulfillment of God's promise.

Therefore, keep your faith alive and trust God again for what He has promised you.

📚Lesson 2:
Demand for what God has promised you:

Caleb did not sit idly by and wait for his inheritance to come to him; he demanded it. It is problematic if you do not know how to ask for what is rightfully yours. It is painful to watch someone else enjoy what is rightfully yours because you do not know whom to ask or how to request what belongs to you.

Therefore, demand it today, and take hold of it!😠😏

📚Lesson 3:
Take possession of what God has promised you:

Caleb did not believe that his age had anything to do with his strength. He had faith in the God of all strength and knew that it required strength to take possession of his inheritance.

Today, I urge you to rise from your weak spot, stop complaining, and ask the LORD for the strength you need to take possession of what you have been promised.

Claim what is rightfully yours and walk in its fullness.

Just as Caleb inherited the land that was promised to him, you too will inherit your promised land. Amen!

Yours Sincerely
