πƒπžπšπ« 𝐟𝐫𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐝,

The perfection God requires from us includes all our imperfections. Don't get me wrong, He doesn't mean we should go on sinning, He is only saying we should come the way we are.

It is in coming to Him that we exchange our weaknesses for His strength and our imperfections for His perfection.

Every Christian is made Perfect by the Blood of Jesus and not by the matter of life that we live. That's the reason why I say, being righteous should be more important than being right.

Being righteous is by faith in Jesus. Being right is by works.

God considers every trial and temptation you face as your journey into perfection!!! Remember I said that perfection is a journey through a path called progress, made possible by a means called Patience.

We should accept our neediness and seek God passionately. No man can arrive at perfection by works.

Doing so allows the following attributes to develop: a hunger for God’s Word, faithful service, deepening trust, and decision-making based upon principle rather than preference.

Patiently and mercifully, God matures us.

Several weeks ago, I told you that God is never in a hurry to send us help. More than the help, we need the process, so that when the help comes we are ready to be helped.

I recently discovered that most often than not, Jesus would rather allow us to go through before He comes through for us.

And the virtue we need to compel Him to come through is Patience.

I'll end with this; being a Christian demands constant progression, not instant perfection. For every temptation we face, it is an opportunity to make progress. Take Hold Of It!!!
