𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝,
God is more interested in how we choose to respond in a difficult time than He is in bringing us out of a difficult time. He is more interested in giving us what TO desire than He is in giving us the desires of our hearts.
I have come to realize that God is never in a hurry to send help.
Jesus is more interested in being our help than He is in sending us help. He wants to be seen as the Helper, not just the one who Sends the helper. This is because if we don't see Him as the help, what we receive tends to take our eyes away from the one who gave it.
We don't see Him as the Help because we "do not know" that He is sufficient. We look for help elsewhere because we believe that help can come from elsewhere.
If you find yourself in a painful/hard place, who/what do you think of first?
Hannah understood that God was the only one who could help her, and not even her husband. So she lifted her voice to the one who has the power to make a barren land fruitful and made a vow to give the child (the blessing) back to Him.
Listen, friend, God is not interested in birthing anything that will not glorify Him. If what He births doesn't overcome the world, it doesn't glorify Him.
What scheme do you use to get out of a difficult time?
What are your solutions to the problems you face?
What technics do you use to get your problems solved?
God will always step in when we acknowledge Him as the only help we need and have. At the end of ourselves, we will always find God standing there.
Maybe you have tried for too long to fix things, change things, control things, stop things, birth something, create things, or handle things. It's time to step back and let the one who is above all things do what only Him can do.
A wise man said, "I will not allow God do what He has given me the strength to do and I will not attempt to do what only He can do."
Rest in the knowledge that God remembers your frame and if you can only rest in Him, He will make everything new.
