πƒπžπšπ« 𝐟𝐫𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐝,

Emptiness is not an attribute of God. It is never in God's nature to come into a place, a thing, or a person and not fill it. He desires to fill up everything with Himself. Ref Ephesians 4:6

In Genesis 1:28, God blessed man and gave him the mandate to replenish the earth and subdue it. The word "replenish" became a puzzle in my heart. So let me try to solve the puzzle.

I noticed that two of the meanings of the word 'replenish' in history include ‘making full’. In similar English words we have this meaning: ‘refresh’ means to make fresh; ‘relax’ to make lax; ‘release’ to make loose or free. But when KJV translated, ‘replenish’ was just a scholarly word for ‘fill’. They almost certainly came to use it because an old word ‘plenish’ was dying out.

Today we see that the earth is being filled with men whose fruits are not good; fruits of unrighteousness, men who are drawn by their lust and selfish ambition, men whose deeds are evil, and men who are lovers of self rather than lovers of God.

However, God is raising and has raised men who bear the fruits of righteousness - we can't deny that, and we must do all we can to abound in it. We must get up and disciple nations, we must multiply and spread, filling every sector of the earth with the knowledge of Jesus that brings about the fruits of righteousness. We must interface with the world and provide the leading thought.

𝐓𝐑𝐒𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞:

1. Decide today to uphold the standard of God's word against all odds. Do not let your guide down or begin to consider little compromises, because it is the fruit you carry you fill everything with. 

2. Intentionally lookout for the fruits in the life of anyone before accepting leadership or mentorship from them, because it is the fruit they carry they'll fill you with.

3. Say to yourself, "I will replenish (fill) the earth only with the knowledge and glory of God."
