𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐓

Luke 1:3

 _Therefore, since I have carefully investigated everything from the beginning, it seemed good also to me to write an orderly account for you, the most excellent Theophilus._ 

𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝,

How did you learn about Jesus? 

What were you taught about Jesus? 

Whose account have you believed?

Unusually, I decided to start with some questions today, because it is important we find the answers to those questions before moving forward. Most of us have not had the time to think about it or think of it as important. 

Unfortunately, I have heard about and also met Christians whose major problem is how they learned about Jesus. You see friend, we think this thing does not matter, but it matters more than we think, especially today!

If there is any time we need to be more careful about a man's account of Jesus, it is today (because false teachers with false accounts is a major sign of the end time)

𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐭.

A day last week, Jesus said to me that, " 𝒏𝒐 𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝒉𝒂𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒂𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝒆𝒙𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒕 𝒃𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒊𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑮𝒐𝒅." Every time we speak the truth, we speak of Jesus. Jesus in Scripture said I am the way, the truth, and the life. 

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬, 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐞.

In an attempt to make it intriguing, we put in a little lie here and there. If you find ourselves doing that, then we are amongst the false teachers scripture spoke about. Jesus does not need us to lie just to make him look good. He is a good God, nothing we say or do can change that!

The faith journey of another depends on our accounts of Jesus, so we cannot afford to give a false account. Become a witness for Jesus today!
