THE BELIEVER'S LOVE

Dear friend,

Beyond having a sure confidence that every time we approach God's throne with a sincere and a broken heart that He hears us and answers our every prayer done according to His will, we must also be fully convinced that He loves everyone of us absolutely. Everything God has done and will do is birthed from His deep love towards us.

Last Sunday, I took ample time to ask God who am I that He is so mindful of me. If you know me personally, you will agree with me that I am not perfect and I am not even close. There are a whole lot I do not do right, in fact I don't look like the person who should be handling this God's assignment because I am just a mere man with weaknesses. Needless to say, there was a certain time I thought God did not make a wise choice picking me. However, He has made me believe that I am the best person for the assignment and has given me the confidence in Him and in me, not because I have the strength to do it but because in Him I have all I need to get it done. 

Today, I stand looking at the way he has loved me and called me by His name. I told a friend, everything Jesus did was simply because He loves us. But my friend, that love shown to us by Jesus should not just stay with us, but should also be shown to another by us. 

Scripture said, _"We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love each other. Anyone who does not love remains in death”_ (1John3:14)

 _"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength."_

Love should not just be received, it should also be given! Where does your love lie? What do you love the most? What do you spend most of your time doing? Who do you spend most of your time with? Where does God rank in your love life?

THE BELIEVER'S MIND

 *The mind is the first place of battle against the enemy. Every battle against the devil is won or lost there.* 

Guard your mind with God's word. The product of a sound mind is peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
