#NOT_CONDEMNED
_condemnation is not of God.
Key scripture.
John 8:11 KJV
She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.
Dear friend,
Why have you written yourself off? Why do you believe that as long you are concerned you cannot have the life you most desire? Who made you believe you cannot love God and be His child (loving and living a life of uprightness)? Why do you think you cannot get your life straightened up and live a godly and respectful life, one full of honour and integrity? Why have you said of yourself, “I cannot be a good person?” Who told you that you cannot gain control over that bitterness, anger, addiction, unforgiveness, lying, stealing, lasciviousness or sexual perversion ?
So while I knelt to pray this morning, I felt strongly in my heart that a lot of us out here have given up on who we are and what we can do through God. We have accepted the life God never intended for us simply because we have failed in the process of being who we should be with so many attempts. We think about what people will think if they hear of the things we have done, so we either put up a strong defense every time or we hide in our shells in fear of being condemned.
Jesus does not condemn you. However, while I read through the passage above, Jesus asked the woman, “has no man condemned you?” and she said No sir, because she had turned and could not find any of her accusers. It is simply because, the presence of Jesus in any man’s life makes the difference. Without him we are condemned, but with him there is no more condemnation.
Bringing that woman to Jesus was a mistake her accusers made, because that was the beginning of a new day for her. He was the end of every accusation made against her, and also the end of any accusation made against you.
No matter what you may have done, Jesus does not condemn you rather he gives you the power to live the life he has called you to live.
Friends, it is time we rise from the ash and live the life God has called us to. It is time for a self evaluation. What lie have you believed, who has condemned you and kept you from rising up? Jesus loves you regardless of what you may have done, said or thought, and he is saying to you, “neither do I condemn you.”
All I want you to know and wake up with this morning, is the believe that God is pleased with you!! He most certainly is not please with that sin, attitude or addiction, but he does not condemn you. Within His love is the strength you need to love and live above sin.
