 πƒπžπšπ« 𝐟𝐫𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐝,

One of the vital difficulties that I've found is to do with the way that we treat the word of God. I have noticed how we approach the Bible isn't right. πŸ˜”πŸ˜”

When we read the Word of God, our minds are often clouded by what we already know. Therefore, it is much like reading a map with a fogged-up windshield—it is hard to see what is really there.

We can't know what God is saying when we assume we know what He is saying.  A lot of people believe they know what God wants for them or is saying to them, but few take the time to ask." πŸ’¬πŸ’¬

This week, I committed to reading my Bible every day like it was the first time I had read it and with an open mind. If we can let go of all our preconceived notions about the Word, and then let the Spirit of God explain it to us, we'll find that our understanding will become much clearer.

We don’t need to guess what God thinks about anything. All we need to do is let the Spirit speak to our hearts ❤️and mindsπŸ˜‡. His message will always be clear. πŸ€”πŸ€”

Proximity should not birth familiarity but intimacy. The fact we have the Bible shouldn't make us familiar with the Word but intimate with the Word.

You can also decide today to study your Bible just like it's your first time because, for many people, it literally is.

What matters most is how well you know the Bible and how it has become a part of you and not how much you know about it.

You can share what stood out to you in the comment section below πŸ’¬, and give the article a thumbs up. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸΎ

  1. "What matters is how well you know the Bible and how it has become part of you not how much you know about it" this stood out so many times I study the Bible with familiarity in mind and so I skip some verses because to me I already know what it says...I have a changed mindset today.
