EMOTIONS: Can I control the way I feel?

Throughout history, philosophers have pondered whether humans truly benefit from emotion. But I think because we all have emotions, then there are some benefits to it (else God would not put it there). There are many cases in which strong emotions cloud our judgment and make us do things we later regret. And other emotions help us act in the right direction. Would it not be wise for us to learn how to trigger the right emotions and also be able to manage all emotions rightly?
Do you believe that your mind and body are connected? Do you think that what your mind manifests, so does your body? Do you believe that your body reflect what goes on in your mind. As a man thinks so he is (Prov23:7).
Hay is a bestselling author and a teacher by profession, Hay’s ‘You Can Heal Your Life’ have done a tremendous job at building connection between the physical diseases and the mental diseases. Certain thoughts are ill and shouldn't be allowed to stay. She finds a mental root for any and every kind of illness.
