_ No journey is without a path

Key scripture: Isaiah 30:21

And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left

Dear friend, 

We are all on a journey and we are also all on a path. A journey can never be without a path. They are inseparable, and it was made so by God. You can not follow God on your own terms. You can't make your own path and expert to bring God in it.  God doesn't lead His children outside of His path. We saw that if you take steps God will make paths, but you need to carefully follow the path. Every journey you travel has a path, and the path is very essential for the success of the journey. In other words, you can't travel on a journey and insist not to take the path and expect to arrive at the destination. Every path you take will ultimately lead you to a destination. If you take a God path It will lead you to God.  

*God will never leave you on your own*

Scripture said,  I will never leave you nor forsake you (Heb13:5), so people conclude that a man can't loose the presence of God. But we forget that if a man insist on traveling on the wrong or his own path, God can not go with him on that journey. You can not make your path and bring God to travel with you. God can't continue with you on a journey He never started with you. 

But God is ever faithful that even if His presence is not journeying with us, He will never leave us without a word or warning. You meet people in your journey, and God will use them to draw your attention to the fact that you are on the wrong path. Don't ignore His leading. God can and will lead you out of your own path into His!!

*No journey is outside of it's path*

You see my friend, a path is made up of patterns or you can say principles. That's why Christ Jesus is the way, the pattern, the path and the principle. The path makes up the journey. Putting the patterns together forms the path. And every time He reveals Himself to you, you just found out a path to journey. We have to keep journeying Him until we arrive at His fullness. 

This year if you must journey with the Lord, you must follow Christ (the principle). Because He is the path, He is the principle, he's the pattern and the way. God can never ask you to take a path outside the principle of His word (Christ Jesus).
