_You are God's responsibility 

Keys Scripture: Luke 12:29-30

And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it. For the pagan world runs after all such things, and your Father knows that you need them.

Dear friend, 

Where has your heart been set for the past 9 days of the new year? If scripture say, "do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink..." then just like a radio tuner, it means we can all choose where and what to set our hearts on. If this frequencey isn't healthy, peaceful or friendly then you can decide not to set your mind on it. It's not that simple anyways, but with constant practice we get better and better at it. Not every thought should be taken in. My pastor will often say a thought is not yours until you take it in. 

*Certain thoughts are not your business*

So I told blossom (seeing that she's a deep thinker), "you don't have to think about certain things. This thought is not your business, let it be." It's stressful and draining having to think about it. You suddenly lose your peace and every confidence you had. *If a thought causes you to worry, it's not a healthy thought.* Stop thinking about it and just leave it to God and let him take care of it.

I know most times we don't even know when we think about them and when the fear, worry, doubt and uncertainty creeps in, but we'll start from today to dismiss every thing that causes us to worry and set your heart on what God's word says. Because whatever is built on God's word is sure and will stand. Worry dies today!!!

*Your father in heaven knows what you need*

If you don't have a father in heaven, that is to say, if you can not call God your father or you don't have a personal relationship with God to the extent you see Him as father, then we'll have to talk personally. Because there's no point reading this when you can not relate to it.

It's important that everyone grows in relationship with God but It's also important that every father (earthly) have a Father (heavenly). If your earthly father has little or no idea at all on what you need, God (your father in heaven) knows just what you need...be of good cheer. And if God knows just what you need, as a father, He will provide all your needs according to His riches, just trust Him and not let worry rest in your heart.

It may be increasing difficult not to worry when everything isn't going well, but my friend, listen to what I have to say. God will not let the trouble consume you. If you are His child then you are His responsibility. Worrying can not meet your needs but God can. Remember, we have all we would ever need when God is our supply. He knows just what we need and when we need them.

*God has more than what it takes to take care of you and all that concerns you through out your life time.* 

If you are not His child, simply pray and ask him to come into your heart, believe and receive His gift of salvation. Kindly call us if you have done this.
