Dear friend,
_ Don't ever get attached to a waste cause you'll have to let it go

The human body is made to make use of only that which is useful and get rid of that which is wasteful. A waste stored inside becomes a poison to the body. No matter how much you think you like it, as long it's not useful it's wasteful and must be gotten rid of.

*Whatever you do that doesn't add to you is a waste*

That sounded to harsh right? But it's the truth. Any relationship you are in that doesn't add to you, takes from you. If that's all that happens then that relationship is parasitic and it's a waste. You need to get rid of that relationship or it will definitely kill you. If our outter man needs to get rid of waste so does our inner man. Every single time you sensed that you took in something that wasn't useful, get rid of it!

Don't let the wasteful thought stay in your mind, don't keep the anger, don't keep bitterness and resentment, don't keep the strife, don't let the malice stay inside you...its meant to be outside not inside.

You see, God doesn't have a problem with you getting angry, His only problem is if you let the anger stay!! Sometimes He makes use of these things to show you a bigger picture, but you ultimately can't let them stay!

*The process of detoxification*

1. Choose the Right Food

One of the best things you can do to support your body’s detoxification process is to lighten its load and decrease the toxins you put in your body in the first place.

I told you toxins are everywhere (at the office, at home, in school and even in church) but we can avoid some food, they are not for you. Avoid some conversations, don't get in an argument that would most likely end in anger. Don't think about everything, avoid some thoughts. Choose your friends... Avoid some persons.

*2. Exercise and Meditation*

Exercise and meditation help maintain a healthy body. *Everytime you study the word, exercise the word* Exercising helps you sweat, it brings out the toxins in you. The word you read doesn't remove toxin, it's the word you exercise.

Also mediate on the word. It is said that mediation helps you relax and easy stress. Worrying is not meditating. Think about the scriptures you have read. Let them be in your mind, you won't have the time to worry if you'd just meditate on scriptures.

3. Diet

Detoxifying your body is not only about what you avoid, but also about what you consume.

If you avoid some thoughts then you must pick the right ones to think about else you'd find yourself thinking about the wrong thoughts. Give your mind something to feed on. If you avoid some person, then look for those with whom you can be strong, else, you may end up alone and feeling lonely.

*Carefully choose what you consume!*

If you are staying away from some kind of musical lyrics, get new ones. If you avoid and don't consume, you'd end up dead. Plus, I don't think it's possible to avoid without consuming.

*4. Purify the Air You Breathe*

Breathing clean air is another way to reduce your exposure to toxins. While you can’t control the whole environment, you can control the air in your home. Don't bring the anger at the office back to your home, leave it there. Don't bring the bitterness back home.

Your home (your circle) is yours, don't let another influence the air in that space. If that is the only place you can find good air, then keep it that way. After all the troubles, just go home and be happy, get strengthened and be at peace.
